Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation

You may cancel your course enrollment under the following conditions:

• Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the course start date
• 50% refund if canceled between 3-6 days before the course start date
• No refund if canceled less than 3 days before the course start date

2. Class Rescheduling

Individual classes can be rescheduled:

• At least 24 hours before the scheduled class time
• Subject to instructor availability
• Limited to 2 reschedules per month

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed:

• Within 7-10 business days of cancellation
• To the original payment method
• Minus any applicable processing fees

4. Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider special arrangements. Please contact our support team with relevant documentation.
